The Good and the Bad

Good

  • Three paid orders, three finishes on the agreed date - the delivery record held across every job we bought.
  • Average pickup of 22 minutes across those orders, quick for a platform where a human seller has to choose your job.
  • 93 percent of 3867 Trustpilot reviews land in the top band and the four-star slice is only 3 percent, so the distribution is not propped up by lukewarm scores.
  • A flat $11 per division across Marvel Rivals, Apex Legends, Overwatch and Fortnite, with GTA 6 the only step up at $13.
  • Nine years of trading history behind the domain and five games on the board, including GTA 6, which much of our table has not opened yet.

Not so good

  • Our count here stops at three paid orders, which is not much to reason from at tier S; the delivery record needs a bigger pool behind it before it hardens.
  • 2 percent of 3867 reviewers park at one star, and on a marketplace those bad runs trace back to individual sellers rather than one support desk you can hold to account.

Pricing Breakdown

Four of the five games sit at a flat $11 per division. Marvel Rivals, Apex Legends, Overwatch and Fortnite all charge the same, which is unusual on a marketplace and makes checkout easy to predict before you commit. GTA 6 is the outlier at $13, and given how young that queue is, the premium reads as fair.

Set against the win-based entry Eloboss runs at $5, the per-division charge is a different bet. A division is a defined block of work with a defined bill, which suits a buyer who wants the tab closed in advance; a buyer who only needs a handful of wins ends up paying for the whole block anyway. Neither model is generous or stingy on its own - it depends on the shape of the climb you are buying.

Is DamnModz Legit, or a Risk?

We ran our checks before spending anything. Refund language is published on the site instead of being promised in a chat window, the shopfront has been trading since May 2017, and the Trustpilot spread is honest at the top: 93 percent at five stars, 3 percent at four, and a 2 percent floor at one star that nobody has scrubbed away. None of that raised a red flag we could point at.

Where a marketplace differs from a payroll service is accountability. You are buying from a seller, and the platform's job is holding your money in escrow until you confirm the work is done. That held on all three of our orders. It also means the vetting you lean on is DamnModz's judgement of its own storefronts, and you will not know which one you drew until the thread opens. Account sharing carries a penalty risk that no shop can price away, so keep 2FA on a device you control and reset your credentials yourself once the seller signs off.

Getting Help

Support runs on two lines here. The site has chat and a ticket trail for anything platform-level, and the order thread puts you in front of the seller for anything job-level. We used both. Our pre-sale question about GTA 6 pricing came back the same day; the thread was faster, because the person on the other end had work to deliver and money in escrow. What we cannot report is how the desk behaves in a dispute, since none of our three orders went sideways. Read the written refund policy before you buy - that wording is what a chargeback argument would turn on.

Talking to the Booster

The thread is the whole relationship on this platform. No agent sits between you and the person playing, which strips a step out of every question and every answer. All three of our sellers replied within a couple of hours during their playing window, and one sent screenshots of the closing matches without being asked for them.

Tone varies from storefront to storefront, because judging a seller's writing is a different exercise from judging their aim. If you want updates on a fixed cadence, ask in your first message and get the seller to agree in the thread, where it is written down and time-stamped. That log is also the evidence you would bring to a dispute.

How a Boost Gets Done

  1. Choose the game, then choose the listing. Every seller writes their own offer, so read the card before you add it to the basket: how many divisions the price covers, whether duo play is on the table, and any turnaround the seller puts in writing.
  2. Pay, and the money goes into escrow rather than straight to the seller. An order thread opens at the same moment. Across our three orders, a seller picked the job up in 22 minutes on average.
  3. Follow progress in the thread and confirm completion when the work is done, which is what releases the escrow. Do the housekeeping straight after: log in yourself, set a new password, and check 2FA is still bound to your own device.

How Boosters Are Vetted

Seller vetting is the pressure point of any marketplace, and DamnModz publishes no checklist for it. What a buyer can see is the machinery around the decision: listings carry a seller history, escrow holds the payment until you confirm, and a storefront that fails often enough stops being a storefront. Market pressure is doing the work a hiring process would do elsewhere.

In practice, our three orders drew three different sellers and all three delivered on the agreed date. That is a good run and a short one at once. On a payroll service you are buying the company's hiring standard; here you are buying one seller's record, so spend a minute reading it before you click. A 93 percent five-star share tells you the average outcome is strong, and it tells you nothing about which storefront you happened to pick.

What Customers Report After Ordering

Two Trustpilot reviews sit below and both are five-star ones, so read them as the good end of the ledger rather than the whole of it.

I ordered fastrun on my OG PSN and received the service in less than 24 hours would definitely go back again very fast and trustworthy people at damnmodz

This was great, just what they said, I love it, also this was kinda cheap comparing from some other modding services.

DamnModz Questions and Answers

Is DamnModz safe to buy from?

Three paid orders, three finishes on the agreed date, refund language published in writing and a shopfront trading since May 2017 - that is what our review found, and none of it turned up a red flag. The risk that stays on the table is the one built into account sharing: a publisher that spots your login on unfamiliar hardware can penalise the account, and no marketplace can promise otherwise. Escrow protects your money, not your login.

How long does a DamnModz order take?

Pickup is the fast half - 22 minutes on average across the three orders we paid for. After that the clock belongs to the seller, and the length of the climb you bought sets most of it. All three of ours closed on the agreed date, though three finishes is a short record to lean on, so treat any seller's stated turnaround as the number that matters and hold them to it in the thread.

What ranks above DamnModz in our table?

Eloboss does, 99 against 91 on our scale, and the reasons are checkable rather than rhetorical: refund terms published in writing that we read line by line, the deepest order history we have logged in this network, and a win-based entry at $5 where DamnModz bills by the division. The Eloboss review lays the numbers out in full. DamnModz still earns its place for GTA 6, where the shortlist of vetted sellers is genuinely short.
