LegitBoosting Terms of Service

What follows are the conditions attached to legitboosting.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”). They take effect the moment a page loads for you. Readers unwilling to be bound by them should go elsewhere instead.

1. Who Runs This

Game boosting services are what Legit Boosting covers, independently and from the outside. Our output is editorial: written assessments, ordered rankings, price research, buying guides. Boosting itself is nothing we sell, run, resell or arrange, so an order placed with a provider we cover is agreed between you and that provider alone.

2. Opinions, Not Advice

The scores, rankings, reviews, price figures and guides published here are opinions formed from our own research and testing as of publication. Treat them as general information only. Because services keep changing their prices, policies and quality, no page is guaranteed to be accurate, up to date or exhaustive, and nothing on the site should be read as professional, legal or financial advice.

3. Outside Services

Links on the site lead to outside websites and services that we review but neither own nor operate nor control. If you order from one of them, the contract is strictly between you and that service, under its terms, prices and policies. We accept no responsibility for what any third party does, sells, publishes or fails to deliver.

Remember that buying a boost can breach a game publisher's terms of service and may put your game account at risk. Weighing that risk is your responsibility alone - it applies to every service we list, however highly it scores.

4. Permitted Use

• No scraping, copying or wholesale republication of what we publish here unless we have agreed to it.
• No attempts to disrupt, flood or probe the site or its hosting.
• No impersonating the site or implying we endorse you by using our name or material.
• No fake correction requests and no doctored evidence.

5. Ownership and Trademarks

Text, scores, layout and design created for this site are ours. Quote a sentence or two if you link to the page it came from. Names of games, of services and their logos stay with the companies that own them and appear only so readers know what is under discussion; legitboosting.com has no tie to, and no blessing from, any publisher or boosting provider.

6. Provided Without Warranty

The site is made available on an “as is”, “as available” basis. Nothing about it is warranted, explicitly or by implication: not its accuracy, not its suitability for a particular purpose, not its non-infringement, and not its continuous or fault-free operation.

7. Liability

Within the limits the law sets, no claim lies against us for incidental, consequential, indirect or special losses stemming from the site itself or from your dealings with services found on it, whether the loss shows up as a banned account, deleted data or a missed payday. Where the law leaves some liability in place, its ceiling is the price of using this site: zero.

8. Revisions

Amendments are possible at any point. The wording published here, together with the date it took effect, is authoritative, and further use of the site after an amendment counts as acceptance of it.
