Money stays in escrow until delivery is confirmed, and a contested order drops into a dispute queue where the seller's feedback history does a lot of the arguing for you. What we could not find was boosting-specific refund wording to read up front, and that is the real gap between a marketplace and a shop that publishes its own terms. Screenshot the listing, keep the chat log, and you have evidence ready if it ever comes to a chargeback.

Support here comes in two layers, and knowing which one to use saves you a day. Routine questions - progress, scheduling, an agent or champion preference - belong in the order thread with the seller, who answers on their own hours and in their own English. Platform support and the dispute queue are for money: non-delivery, a seller going quiet, a charge that does not match the listing.
